DELTA®-DRY STUCCO & STONE
The Problem
Without proper ventilation and drainage, moisture can accumulate between the water-resistive barrier and siding of a building.
Stucco and stone claddings require specialized moisture control. Absorptive claddings increase the risk of solar-driven moisture, which puts wood substrates at high risk of water damage.
The Solution
A rainscreen separates the cladding from the building, allowing drainage and moisture evaporation. DELTA®-DRY STUCCO & STONE is a ventilated rainscreen with a factory pre-installed mortar screen that reduces scratch coat mortar consumption. Air-gaps on the interior and exterior side of the membrane make DELTA®-DRY STUCCO & STONE the ideal protection behind adhered manufactured stone veneer and conventional stucco.

- Material is easily cut with a utility knife, and seams are simply butted together, making overlapping unnecessary
- Exterior cladding material can be installed as usual, right on top of the rainscreen
